Working principle

Sunlight passes through the first glass to the second layer of glass with black heat absorption layer which absorbs the heat of solar energy. Due to the vacuum insulation between the two layers of glass, heat transfer will greatly reduce (radiation heat transfer still exists, but no heat conduction and thermal convection), most of the heat is only passed to and heat the water in the inner tube. Then hot water becomes light and goes into the insulation water storage barrel, cold water in the barrel temperature flow into the glass tube, so goes on again and again.

Heat collection elements in the solar heater are solar vacuum tubes which contents an outer tube, an inner tube with a selective absorbing coating. All glass solar heat collection vacuum tubes are generally made of high boron silicon 3.3. And selective heat absorbing film uses vacuum sputtering selective coating process.
